1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing, connecting to, or participating in multiplayer matches on GULPO3D.io, you explicitly agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and arena guidelines set forth in this agreement. All players must respect fair competitive gameplay at all times. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, please discontinue using the service immediately.

2. FAIR PLAY, ANTI-CHEAT & CODE OF CONDUCT

GULPO3D.io enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding cheating, automated scripts, aim assists, speed modifications, memory injection, packet manipulation, or unauthorized telemetry alterations. Server-side validation actively inspects match anomalies. Any user identified exploiting vulnerabilities or disrupting arena gameplay will be subject to immediate and permanent server blacklisting.

3. VIRTUAL CURRENCIES, PROCEDURAL SKINS & LOADOUTS

In-game virtual currencies (Coins and Energy Crystals), battle pass tiers, and unlocked 3D snake suits represent limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable entertainment licenses for use solely within GULPO3D.io. Virtual assets carry zero real-world monetary value and may not be traded, sold, or redeemed for fiat currency or outside assets under any circumstances.

4. SQUAD PARTY CHAT & COMMUNITY SAFETY

Private squad rooms and match lobbies allow text communication between players. Users are strictly prohibited from transmitting abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, hateful, or threatening messages, or attempting to distribute malicious external links. Violators may lose chat privileges or face account restrictions.

5. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GULPO3D.io reserves the right to modify, balance, update, or temporarily suspend server operations for maintenance, balance adjustments, or infrastructure improvements without prior notice. Under no circumstances shall GULPO3D.io be held liable for match interruptions, latency spikes, or hardware incompatibilities.
